The kitchen is part submerged and damp source appears to possibly be from the underground room behind the kitchen. Damp in the living room is rising/condensation, the kitchen is possibly more condensation type. House built in 1902. Largley 2 rooms problematic.

I have a 3 storey stone end terrace propert in Bradford. The upper floors are geting damp in and there is a condensation with mould appearing in the bedrooms. I have had he gutters replaced and need someone to look at why this problem persists and correct it. The damp course in my lounge wall has failed - there is a stripe of damp just above the skirting board which corresponds with holes previously drilled through the outside wall.
The damp is visible for 3 feet to one side of the radiator. I imagine that the radiator and plaster will need to come off - if so I would be looking for someone to deal with that and replaster the wall afterwards. Please quote for everything.

I recently had a builder in to fit a bathroom. While he was here, I asked him to look at replastering an area which damp had affected in the entrance area just behind the front door, which I thought had been caused by a now fixed problem with next door's downfall pipe. After removing the plaster, it became clear that there's still a damp issue so it wasn't appropriate to replaster without dampproofing first.

What I therefore require is a quote for the area affected to be dampproofed and replastered, with a view to the work being done in the second half of June. The whole area of wall is only about 1m square.

We have 2 black damp patches either end of the bedroom wall (floor level). We had a new gutter put on about a year ago and the outside wall weather-proofed because of this problem but the black on the walls has got worse.
We have a mid-terrace house built late 1800s. Only the front bedroom is affaected.
