I have a 3 storey stone end terrace propert in Bradford. The upper floors are geting damp in and there is a condensation with mould appearing in the bedrooms. I have had he gutters replaced and need someone to look at why this problem persists and correct it. This house also has a bathroom and I would like that refurbing as well with a new shower bath, basin and WC. I would appreciate someone getting in touch quickly. Thank you.

Damp proofing in kichen under window plaster flaking and damp

Small damp patch (less tban 1m) under bay window, appears to be from floor up,
We think caused from possible blocked air bricks outside and blocked drain in driveway (driveway slopes down) also possible leaky drainpipe directly above this spot. All 3 issues may be contributing!

Shouldn't be a big job for a pro but time is against us at the mo as trying to finish off decorating this room and having to leave this wall is a prob.

The damp course in my lounge wall has failed - there is a stripe of damp just above the skirting board which corresponds with holes previously drilled through the outside wall.
The damp is visible for 3 feet to one side of the radiator. I imagine that the radiator and plaster will need to come off - if so I would be looking for someone to deal with that and replaster the wall afterwards. Please quote for everything.
The house was built in 1865. There only seems to be an issue in the lounge.

I recently had a builder in to fit a bathroom. While he was here, I asked him to look at replastering an area which damp had affected in the entrance area just behind the front door, which I thought had been caused by a now fixed problem with next door's downfall pipe. After removing the plaster, it became clear that there's still a damp issue so it wasn't appropriate to replaster without dampproofing first.

What I therefore require is a quote for the area affected to be dampproofed and replastered, with a view to the work being done in the second half of June. The whole area of wall is only about 1m square.
