We are in the process of buying a 200 year old cottage that has had a damp survey. They have found 2 rooms that require an injectable damp proof course, 1.5m high.

The dining room needs 3 walls doing, room size 250cm x 310cm. 1 radiator to be removed.

The sitting room needs just the outside wall doing which is aprox 300cm.

We complete on the property on 28th July and hope to move in 9 August, so will require the work to be done asap after the 28th.
