I have slight rising damp in 2 walls.
One wall is single brick (3.20m)
Second wall in double brick (2.10m) - ex exterior wall now interior due to extension.

Been advised that both will need: skirting boards removed, a new DPC injecting and replastering with a salt inhibiting render the finishing plaster.

Would like to request a free quote to diagnose what problem is causing mold, wet walls/underfloors, joists wet and rotten also wet to the touch, fungus (pancake like) come through floorboards and made way through wooden floor boards. This is in our through lounge area and is spreading quite rapidly. Kitchen also has mold running up walls, with plaster flaking to a salt like solution.

I've spotted a small area of damp underneath the window in the front room. I suspect that this has occurred a result of a porch extension damaging the integrity of the damp course, or has built up over time from underneath the artex in the room - but I'm no expert in this area.

The area affected (from visual and meter inspection) is approximately 0.5 x 0.5 m; the entire area underneath the window is approx 3m x 0.5m.

The job is therefore to remove the plaster and skirting and treat the brick work - then replaster etc.
