Two areas of damp driven by water seepage, source currently unidentified, have arisen on kitchen wall and bedroom above. We need to discover source of damp remove and make good walls in two rooms

I have a lot of damp in my flat from the exterior wall and need to check whether a damp proof has been fitted o the exterior wall of my flat. Could pot ethically be a couple of days work involved.

I need someone to take a look ASAP, hopefully this Monday to get a quote and initial feedback of work.

Also need an air brick to be fitted in one of the rooms.

External walls of sizeable conservatory (4 metres X 3 metres) causing rising damp problems (strange concrete blocks used in construction - suspect no DPC used - lesson learned 'don't ask a mate to do a job if you want it done right and guaranteed!) Damp proofing needed - presume re-plastering. Ground floor garden flat - unoccupied at present.

protect floors and possible replacement or refixing of skirtings.
Property should be available to from 29th June and I would like the work to take place assp.
