Damp proofing work required to remedy rising damp problem throughout flat. Need to address condensation problem in bathroom and kitchen. Have had independent specialist damp survey carried out and have a clear job spec which I could e mail.

One small wall, 1.5 m length. Damp proof course needs to be injected and contaminated plaster requires hacking off, then re-plastered. There is a door with a new wooden step (same wall) and not sure what needs to be done with that bit + two little corners in the other room that also needs same as the 1.5 m wall. See photos of the wall and both corners.
It looks like there is a rising damp issue, when skirting board was off I could see that someone had a go damp proofing it, but either it wasnt done properly or it wasnt repleastered. I read that it should be done either with sand/cement with water-proofer/salt inhibitor in it or pre-mixed plaster such as Thistle Dri-Coat or Tarmac Limelite.
Would like it done ASAP.

Just one room downstairs is affected along the external walls, approx 6.5 metres in total require a DPC.

The utility room (outhouse) has bad damp.
The dining room near the radiator/under the sash window. The utilty room links onto the dining room.
near the front door of the house there is damp
in the main bedroom under the window sill there are two areas of damp

The above issues are ones we have found ourselves but there may be more.

Ideally we would like as little mess created as possible from such a job i.e. no or hardly any replastering required but would want a high quality job done so the damp is reduced to nothing or very minor at the very least

We should be in a position to have the work done beofre christmas

We have had an independent survey carried that has indicated a damp problem. This was done prior to the purchase of the property and investigations where limited. I would like to confirm the previous findings and make further investigations and get the work carried out soon.
