Had a damp problem in the 'coach' part of a 1800's coach house. I have removed affected plaster and render back to bare stone and injected a damp proof course (dryzone). The area itself is uninhabited but used for storage.

Now require walls re-rendering with appropriate damp proofing additives (eg: renderguard gold) and appropriate membrane/slurry from floor to DPC.

Two adjacent walls required the work . Total area: 11 metres length, 1.5 metres high, 30mm deep.

Several (what I think is) damp related problems in my house. Damp patch developed in one of the upstairs bedrooms, dry white powdery and bubbled plaster around a downstairs window and damp underneath the floor downstairs resulting in damp small and Royston timber joists.

The plaster needs to be removed as we have salt contamination and blistering plaster work and a damp proof course installed then to be replastered, also external side of the wall needs re-pointing.
The wall is approximately 12 foot wide.
