Damp proofing work required to remedy rising damp problem throughout flat. Need to address condensation problem in bathroom and kitchen. Have had independent specialist damp survey carried out and have a clear job spec which I could e mail.

One small wall, 1.5 m length. Damp proof course needs to be injected and contaminated plaster requires hacking off, then re-plastered. There is a door with a new wooden step (same wall) and not sure what needs to be done with that bit + two little corners in the other room that also needs same as the 1.5 m wall. See photos of the wall and both corners.
It looks like there is a rising damp issue, when skirting board was off I could see that someone had a go damp proofing it, but either it wasnt done properly or it wasnt repleastered. I read that it should be done either with sand/cement with water-proofer/salt inhibitor in it or pre-mixed plaster such as Thistle Dri-Coat or Tarmac Limelite.
Would like it done ASAP.

near the front door of the house there is damp
in the main bedroom under the window sill there are two areas of damp

The above issues are ones we have found ourselves but there may be more.

Ideally we would like as little mess created as possible from such a job i.e. no or hardly any replastering required but would want a high quality job done so the damp is reduced to nothing or very minor at the very least

Hi, I am buying a property in Clapham south (Victorian conversion, ground floor flat), which the survey shown evidence of Rising damp due to "ineffective damp proof course and high external ground levels".

The damp walls appear to be at the back of the flat, one adjoining the neighbors wall (chimney breast) and one wall which was the existing exterior wall of the property which now joins the side return extension (so is now interior wall). The front bedroom skirting is stained and warped, survey said it was damp, I have had Kenwood in and they said it was not (I don't believe that they bothered to check) Their quote and manner of dealing with us was awful we do not feel safe in using them.

I am looking for a trustworthy specialist to come round and check this out for me and to provide some advice and a quote for the work that needs to be done to fix it.

I live in a ground floor flat Victorian converted property. When purchasing the property a damp problem was highlighted and supposedly resolved but this is not the case as my bay window still shows signs of damp. The issue looks to be spread across the whole bottom half of the bay window which has a radiator attached to it and also partly up one side wall, which seems to be hollow in places.
