Prevent re-occurrence and make good 2 internal walls on the back aspect of building. Hack off damp render and redo with damp resistant render. Living room and kitchen are affected, kitchen will need re-tiling. Build in some ventilation to living room and perhaps kitchen as well.

At the rear: We currently have damp brick work with moss growing on two external walls. This includes a patch of mold growing on the inside wall as well. However part of the external wall with the moss is covered internally by kitchen units, so we can not asses the damage internally fully. It seems there is a guttering issue allowing the water to drip down the side of the house. Also water is pooling on the concrete base which is old and probably could do with replacing. At the front of the house there is a small corner of damp with a tiny patch of mold growing on the floor boards.
