Job Description
Small downstairs flat gets damp even when vacant, so mould grows on the walls. Some areas of plaster have signs of moisture damage. The damp proof layer is slate so might be breaking. The flat has double glazing so ventilation is limited.

Job Description
The original outside wall of my semi ( circa early 1900s) is now in the middle of my house - as I have extended the house.Dampness became obvious 6 months ago - on and adjacent to this wall.I have had the cavity cleared but the damp is still there.I have had building advice that tells me that the original damp course was probably slate and that this had probably perished.I need advice and a quote, please.
