I have three bedrooms where there is mould growth specific to particular areas such as outer walls and the ceilings. I am looking for someone to assess what may be causing this problem and how this can be rectified as I can not keep decorating to combat this problem. I do ventilate the home daily and it is not making any difference at all. Photo 1-3 is in the master bedroom and is the worse room of all. photo 4 in room 2 is the only patch and photo 5-6 is room 3. Room 4 has no issues with mould at all.

This job will require a visit for a full evaluation and any work that may need to be undertaken priced up.

We are trying to identify what is causing the damp at the front of the house. Very often, there is adrip whic is almost like someone is pouring a bucket of water down from the roof. We need it resolving ASAP. Need someone to fix, not just guess at what the problem is as has previously been done.

we have a fair amount of water coming either from underneath the house or through the brick work into the down stairs loo, the amount coming in is enough to spread into the hall quite a way over a matter of weeks, not puddles just damp and condensation. there are no noticeable leaks from loo/pipes ect. looking for someone to come and give a look preferably friday from 3 onwards or saturday.
