outside wall has had a dripping pipe and broken gutter has let rain water run down it for a couple of months and wall now damp and green, looks like it has seeped into the interior wall a little.

External walls of sizeable conservatory (4 metres X 3 metres) causing rising damp problems (strange concrete blocks used in construction - suspect no DPC used - lesson learned 'don't ask a mate to do a job if you want it done right and guaranteed!) Damp proofing needed - presume re-plastering. Ground floor garden flat - unoccupied at present.

The loo has been replastered and 3 warm walls have been created on the 3 interior/exterior walls. These appear to be dry now but the corners are not. It may be that all 3 walls will need to be injected.

Chemical damp proof course
Hacking off
Specialist re-plastering
Removal of rubble
protect floors and possible replacement or refixing of skirtings.
Property should be available to from 29th June and I would like the work to take place assp.
