A small damp patch has appeared in a back bedroom, the bedroom is attached to a conservatory. I am looking for quotes to remove the dampness and redecorate as required.

Damp is coming through the corner of my living room, causing black mould to appear on the wallpaper inside. I have cleared the affected wallpaper and surface mould for now, but it needs damp-proofing and maybe re-plastering. The wall is a solid brick external wall and the damp appears to be penetrating through, rather than being caused by condensation. There is a gutter pipe on the outside which might be contributing to it.
