I would like to create an archway from the kitchen into the adjoining dining room to create additional space in the kitchen. At the same time I would like to have a partition wall so that there will still be a dining room. The current dining room measures approx 16ft long and I would like to have about 9-10ft remaining.

There are electrical socket banks in one room which need removing and normal wall sockets put in. One door way need closing and a radiator or maybe two putting in.
I am also wanting the house completely redecorating, its currently empty.
