I have a dormer bungalow which has 1 bedroon upstairs. I have gutted the bedroom upstairs. I require the current dormer window to be extended and add another UPV window as wish to add an ensuite bathroom. The whole room requires insulation, walls added and then replastering etc as currently stripped back to the roof and the eaves. Some electrical work in adding spot lights in the bedroom and ensuite and some additional sockets. Move the current radiator and add one more to the bedroom. Fit an ensuite bathroom i.e toilet, sink, shower enclosure, shower and radiator. On the opposite side of the roof I require either 1 or 2 velux windows to be fitted. Also need 24ft beam adding for additional support to roof to take away the current breeze blocks that were behind wall in eaves. Also
I believe job requires roofer, window fitter, plasterer, plumber and electrician.
No planning permission required.
I also require someone to come and look at the job to confirm en suite can be put in and connected to the soil pipe. Wish to know whether can be ordinary toilet or saniflow type toilet etc.

We have just bought a property and we need the wall between our kitchen and dining room knocked down to make one large room. We believe that it is load bearing therefore an RSJ would be required. We are unsure whether the calculations of this would be able to be done by a builder or whther a structural engineer would be required.

We would want the ceiling throughout plastering as well so if this was possible by the same team that would be great.

THere are 2 electric points in the wall that would be knocked down.
