I live in a ground floor apartment of a 3 storey block of flats. In the bedroom there is a built in wardrobe which has a wall coming out of the main wall, I would like this wall could be knocked down. The wall isn't hollow like those partition walls, its more solid but not sure. As i'm in a block of flats I'm not sure whether it can be knocked down because of the 2 flats above.
