Bathroom and utility room reconfiguration and refit

Job Description
Bathroom and utility room refit, including a load bearing wall removal and creation of a new, smaller utility room.
Bathroom:
The existing bathroom suite needs to be completely removed.
The load-bearing wall between this bathroom and the current utility room on the right hand side needs to be removed (about a 2m gap) and a new beam/plinth installed.
A new bathroom suite needs to be installed (bath, sink, toilet and free-standing double shower cubical) in the extended bathroom. The shower will be a power-shower running off the combi boiler. Bathroom walls, shower and floor need to be tiled. The new suite can make use of existing plumbing.
A new mirror, with a light above it and a shaver socket needs to be installed above the sink.
Utility room
The existing washing machine and dryer are to be moved into new utility room which will be accessed from the bathroom.
In the existing utility room there is currently a non-functioning shower cubical, a toilet and a sink which will need to removed.
The new utility room floor is to be covered in waterproof vinyl flooring. The dryer needs to have a vent installed on the outside wall - dryer to be installed against the outside wall.
The new utility room can make use of existing plumbing.
A new partition wall needs to be installed between the utility room and adjoining bedroom - this is currently a sliding door.
In both rooms a new ceiling needs to be installed with spot lights in the bathroom and a standard light fitting in the utility room.
Skills required - builder, bathroom fitter, plumber, electrician, plasterer, carpenter, tiler, floor fitter
For all the jobs the builder needs to supply the materials, we will advise on the style of the bathroom suite, and colour / type of tiles and laminate flooring
Rough plans can be provided on request but detailed plans and structural calculations need to be made. The job needs a building notice from the council.
We wish the work to start in mid-March and be completed by the end of April 2013 at the latest.

Job Description
I need to remove a wall between my living room and second box room, to create one room. The flat is a ground floor flat in Tooting Bec - the wall is the old exterior wall of a converted Victorian terraced house.
A structural engineer has been round to make an assessment/draw up plans and has suggested a 200mm upright each side of the room (12 foot wide), creating a "goal post" format. One side is already in place to allow for an archway access to kitchen.
Once building work is complete, will need to organise plaster of space left over.

We have just completed the purchase of a 1930s semi-detached house with small kitchen and dining room to rear. 1970s single storey extension extended both rooms.
We would like to knock kitchen, dining room and extension through to create large kitchen/dining room. Will require replacement of steels installed separately in kitchen and dining room for original extension with one length of steel that spans the width of the original rear wall (approx 5m).
Thereafter, looking for plumbing and electrics to be arranged for new kitchen, plastering and making good, and installation of new kitchen.
Flat roof on extension will need replacing. We are also looking to install a 3000mm x 1000mm roof lantern (which we will source).
Finally, we'd like to install Bi-Fold doors (which we will source) along the rear of the extension.
Planning permission will not be needed but we will need appointed builder to sort Building Control.
Quote to include labour and materials (less purchase of roof lantern, bi-fold doors and kitchen). Grateful if quotes could break down cost for structural work, fitting out kitchen, roof and doors.

We live in a Victorian terrace house, with two reception rooms which we want to knock into one.
Previously the wall in the front room was moved back, an RSJ beam fitted, and a stud wall erected. We want to strip all that out and make one big room. There is also a false wall to remove, and the ceiling to fix. Radiators need to be moved/replaced and a door needs to be moved. Also, there is some woodwork that needs to be removed. We're planning to have our kitchen renovated and would like quotes to re-open and expand (from approx 40cm x 45cm to 120cm x 100cm) a boarded-up window opening and plaster one wall and the ceiling (ceiling is approx 4m x 3.6m). There are a number of hairline cracks in the ceiling and we would like a professional opinion as to whether these are a cause for concern. The wall is currently made of plasterboard which I uncovered partially, and a wooden frame (5.5x9cm studs) that seems to be supporting the joist from the floor above.
I cant do the job myself as this is a loadbearing wall (or assumed to be).
The job is to make an opening of 2.10m width x 2.40m height in the wall.

Complete modernisation of 1960's 3 storey townhouse. The ground floor needs a new interior layout to include: converting the garage to a room, building a small extension and plumbing in a kitchen. The hot air heating system needs to be removed and replaced with a new boiler and rads on all 3 floors. New electrics thoughout the house. Removal or skimming of artex on 2 floors including some ceilings (what were they thinking!) I don't have an enormous budget so I'm looking for a symapthetic builder who can advise what needs to be done first/all at the same time and what can wait for a bit. I don't need a designer or a project management company but I would like to work with a builder who can take overall charge and subcontract to other experts when required.

We are looking to have a new kitchen installed in a different room than it is currently. The work would involve roofing (changing a glass room to a solid roof and installing skylights) brickwork, fitting windows as well as all the other aspects of fitting a kitchen including gas, electrics, plumbing and tiling. The new room is next to the existing one and as the boiler and washing machine is in the room already there is gas and water. The new room is approx 420cm x 340cm.
We would also like the old kitchen and fittings removed and the room replastered.
