Job involves tidying up a garage conversion done by the previous owner. Large upvc window installed but surround finished in plastic panels slotted together. Have ripped this off so breezeblocks showing, need plasterboards put up above and below as well as new windowsill inside. Upvc surround to exterior also needs tidying up with possibility of replacing a trim. Maybe a further requirement to plaster other areas of the room, ie coving is going to be taken off, but will need to see and advise.
