Skills needed building/roofing; plumbing, electrics; specialist wet room flooring and drainage.

We have a utility room off the back of the kitchen (12' x 5'5) into which we would like to install and downstairs WC. In addition, we would like the utility room to be installed with insulating plasterboard. Specific work is:

(i) Placing insulated plaster board around the walls of the utility room
(ii) Placing insulated plaster board on ceiling (sloped) of utility room
(iii) Building stud wall at back of utility room plus door to separate WC area
(iv) Dig trench to connect WC to sewer (which is close by)
(v) Installing WC and connecting to sewer
(vi) Plastering and painting if you are interested, although I am also in touch with decorators.

Have poorly done 70's dormer conversion. Want to rework existing 4 bedrooms to 3 my moving & removing partion walls. Possibly also remove one unused chimney that is in the middle of a bedroom.
House suffers from poor insulation, so externally, I'd like to remove tile cladding, replace insulation with better quality, then clad with cedarwood cladding.
Also to consider replacing roof insulation by stripping out plasterboard ceiling and installing better insulation.
