we want to convert the garage of the house that we are in the process of purchasing in Faversham. The house dates to the 1930's and has an original garage attached to the side of the property with access into the house. It is approx 25' in length and 8' wide. It would require a new flat roof, toilet to be removed from inside the garage, window and door to be added to the rear of the garage and the original front wooden doors to be retained and sealed, to maintain the appearance of a garage from the exterior of the property. The internal walls would require insulation and a plaster finish and the space divided into 2 rooms. There are sockets already in place within the garage.
