Knocking through a load bearing wall between the living and dining room to create a big room. Dimensions approx 4m wide x 2.2m high. Closing one of the doorways off and redecorating (walls and floor already the same in both rooms so only requires the area where the wall was to be painted/floored).

Second part of the job is replacing windows in dining room with double glazed ones - 2 side windows and 1 door leading into conservatory room. Would like this done at the same time as the above.

Ideally would like this work done early March and as quickly as possible once started.
