Set new plasterboard ceilings and fit new coving. Install new skirting boards in kitchen diner, utility room and hallway. Plumb in new tall radiator to diner area. Decoration - ad hoc plastering, emulsion painting all around new area.

I have a tandem garage measuring approx. 31 feet long by 8.5 feet wide.
I am looking to partition it in half and use the rear of the garage as a fitness room.
I am looking for a quote to provide a stud wall partition with a door and provide a plaster board/skimmed finish and laminate flooring onto what seems a failry level concrete floor.
The rear of the garage has two wooden doors facing onto the garden which I would want to replace with upvc french doors.

This room will still be seperate from the main house but am looking for a competitive price that meets any/all building regs.

It is an integral garage, leading to back room/extention. At some stage, when house was extended, garage was slimmed down by making half of it as part of back room. I want to move the wall back to where it was originally, convert the remaining garage into a proper room, thus making it one long room.

1. Remove partition wall between garage and back room and move it to the original location.

2. Bring the existing garage floor in level with the converted/extended part.

3. Remove the garage door, build a base wall and put a double glazing window in place.

4. Plaster and skim walls, before painting.

5. Build a casing around the utility meters and consumer box on the wall.

6. Renew the ceiling.

7. Paint entire room and make good.
