Job Summary:

Full conversion of adjoining garage into new enlarged open plan kitchen/dining area, together with relocation of front door and downstairs WC.

Work will include:

- Demolition of 2 internal walls - appox 2.4m(h) x 3.5m (l) (1 load-bearing).
- Bricking up inside garage door (garage door to remain).
- Raising of floor level in garage conversion area by approx 15cm.
- Removal of existing kitchen.
- Re-location of downstairs WC.
- Re-location of front door to original kitchen window location.
- Brick up & install new window into original front door location.
- Create opening & install new kitchen window (approx 1m x 1.6m).
- Fitting of new supplied kitchen (new location).
- Wall tiling for kitchen and relocated WC.
- Laying of floorcovering (solid wood floor/laminate).
- Plumbing > as required for relocating kitchen & WC.
- Electrics > as required for power points and lighting.
- Plastering > as required to make good walls and ceilings.
