In need of damp proof work, new boiler/ some radiators, new electrics (power sockets), roof repairs, new kitchen. We also require structual work to divide a strange upstairs bedroom/ bathroom layout to add an extra bedroom.

House will be unoccupied and empty of furniture

Hi, my builder has unfortunately had to cancel at the last minute and hence I have a 3 week project ready to go on 23/04/2012. All long lead materials delivered or ready for delivery and so I am ideally looking for a team who can start as soon as possible.

Work summary:
- Take down two walls and install RSJs to SE's calcs
- install downstairs toilet
- Re route internal waste pipe to exterior
- Upgrade consumer unit
- Fit kitchen with new electrics, plumbing etc
- Fit new window and new patio doors
- fit new radiators and associated plumbing
- All long lead materials ordered
