This would be a storage space with a door in the stud wall to allow entry. Can u give a quote, Number of working days required and start date for:

This is work to be done in a property we don't live in yet, purchase going through at the moment. The property is empty (vacant possession) and we are able to have access all day on Tues 25th Oct to get quotations for the following works.

This job is in three parts:
1) Knock through wall between kitchen and dining room, supply and fit steel, finish to decorating standard. Approx length of wall to be removed is 10'. Plus install new kitchen worktop (length approx 12m). Job to be done mid December.
2) Install new bathroom, removing old bathroom. No change in layout so plumbing work fairly limited. To include bath (with shower), sink, WC, floor tiling, wall tiling to one wall, removal old airing cupboard. Approx size of bathroom 9' x 9'. Job to be done mid Dec.
3) Garage conversion - conversion of existing intergral garage (22'6 x 9'4). Garage to be converted into study, small downstairs WC, and utility room. To inlcude removal of downstairs WC understairs, and conversion into an understairs cupboard. Work to be done Jan/Feb next year.
