Job Description

I have what estate agents refer to as a "sunroom" - only 2 walls are glass, with a upvc roof (corrugated plastic sheeting). There is a leak somewhere, most notable with wind in a certain direction. This has been on-going for some time now. I believe water is coming in where plastic sheeting is screwed into beam. Needs investigation, and plastering work as water has caused damage.

base already built- erect Edwardian conservatory as above- needs cills ( new) welded, and lead cut to tie in with existing building- render on existing wall is pebbledash
