I have an old porch or conservatory and a small roof section has deteriorated and after return from holiday has collapsed. Minimum of 3 glass panels definitely need urgent replacement (approx 3.5feet x 18inches), maybe others. The glass is intact in 2 of them but the wooden frames need replacing. This is an urgent job !

We have conservatory with a boxed guttering that is leaking. The boxed gutter runs about 5 metres down one wall and into a L shape another couple of meters down another wall.

We have had a number of repairs done over the years and recently had a couple of tradesman look at the job (this was posted on here previously) but for some reason they never got back in touch with a quote.

There may also be one of the plastic panels in the roof that has slipped a little in the conservatory that needs re-fitting.

We think the leak may come from where the soil stack goes into the conservatory that has never been sealed correctly, although we're not 100% certain. There is also an area of rendering to the brickwork that the leading has been fitted to that may be the cause?. As we have had repairs done in the past that haven't worked I would prefer that all the boxed guttering is re-sealed and not just isolated places.

We would like the work carried out as soon as is possible depending on the weather.
