we have an old lean-to on our victorian terrace with a breeze block part-wall, wood-framed glazing, and a corrogated plastic roof. We would like this replaced. It is only 1.8m x 3.25m, single storey. The wall may not need to come down, the floor is fine and we are willing to take advice on the best materials to use. One of the wooden struts is leaking and is rotting. I need two quotes -

Moved in to a house in Herne Hill, SE24 London in July. Have discovered Timber Conservatory added to back of the house in 2007 is leaking in heavy rain. Leaking at the join between the house and conservatory in particular as well as at the front of the conservatory.
