Job Description
We currently have a 3x4 mtr, wooden framed, dwarf wall conservatory, attached to our bungalow, which is disintergrating.
We would like to replace it with a 3 metre deep x 6 metre wide, upvc, double glazed conservatory.
The old one will need dismantling and taking away. The extra base area will need to be dug out and built with drainage for gutter water. We would like full height walls at both ends with a dwarf wall at the front, with French doors and opening windows. We want a carbonated hipped roof. Electrics/plumbing not required.
We would like to see references from previous work.
Depending on cost we can commence with work at your earliest convenience.

We have got a Conservatory that was installed by previous occupants and the roof is ill-fitting and leaks during heavy rain. Would like someone to look at it and quote for repair and/or replacement of the roof. Also would be interested in a quote to replace conservatory entirley for a sun room so it could be used all year round more effectively?
