Help plan and build conservatory across the back of the house (roughly 5.5m x 2.5m). Work will involve knocking into the kitchen and moving the sink. Also require advice on whether planning permission would be needed.

1.The main wall of the conservatory has come away slightly from the house and I think its shifted the plastics out thus making the doors stiff. Inspection would be required to see if the wall is anything to worry about.

2. Investigate alternative drainage solution, currently the drainpipe feeds in to a plant pot!
