we have an old lean-to on our victorian terrace with a breeze block part-wall, wood-framed glazing, and a corrogated plastic roof. We would like this replaced. It is only 1.8m x 3.25m, single storey. The wall may not need to come down, the floor is fine and we are willing to take advice on the best materials to use. The location is difficult because there is no rear access and all materials will need to go through the house's narrow hallway. We want fully inclusive, clear quotes before we contract the job.

I have a conservatory on the rear of my property (approx. 3m x 3m) that’s on its last legs, it’s made of wood that has rotted through. I’ve ordered a DIY upvc conservatory to replace it that should match up with the existing concrete base. The existing structure needs to be dismantled and the new one erected.
 
We’ve provisionally got the new conservatory arriving on 6th Feb

I will buy the conservatory -
The ground needs to be prepared properly and the base made up-
So need the brickwork- dwarf wall and all the insides needs to be done plastering etc.
I will also need central heating and radiator and electric points. Laminate flooring also needs to be laid in the conservatory.
In general all the work needed to make a lovely conservatory.

Work needs to be started within the next few days.

Job Description

I have one slipped panel on my conservatory, and would like the other panels secured to ensure they don't slip.

Approx 9 panels (one recently repaired - but the builder didnt think to check them all!)

Looking to be completed on the 22nd Jan before 2pm.

The security latch at the bottom part of the door is stuck, making it imposible to open the door.
