Our conservatory roof is leaking along one of the main timbers . This has resulted in slight rotting of the wood at the junction with one of the upright corners of the conservatory. We would like a repair job rather than a whole new roof, something which will last us until we can afford to replace it. We have had it inspected and have been told that it is structurally sound, but we need to stop the leaks as soon as we can.

Dimensions H244 x W464 x D233cm. Please include in quote labour and materials for building foundation and dwarf wall, and labour for installing conservatory. The conservatory itself is already bought and ready to be assembled.
It's to be built in rear garden, where currently it's the patio.
We're owner-occupiers. The property is a newbuild house. Planning permission has been obtained.

I want it to have a transparent roof and be part windowed as it will be close to the bathroom and I don't want too much light blocked.
