I have a leak that seems to be coming from the box gutter. leaking in two areas.

Box gutter is lead lined with felt covering.

Approx 2 metres by one feet.

Needs releading perhaps or sealed?

Conservatory roof (plastic) is leaking in two places. Right hand door on the conservatory has hinges damaged and is hard to open/close.

I have bought a 3.5 metre conservatory from Ebay . I have dug the footings , but need help filling footings with concrete , and building 2xdwarf walls and 1 full size wall. The very least I need the footings filled and the bricks layed .
