Build 1 wall and plaster (2.5m x 2.5m) and to assemble the conservatory (purchased from http://www.conservatoryland.com/)
Plaster the outside wall of house inside the conservatory (4m)
Tile the floor, paint the walls.
Install light and power fittings
Install a radiator
To move and re position an outside tap.
Job is at WD6 2AB. Please can your quote include all materials, excepting the tiles and radiator.

Replace existing lean to conservatory with modern, lean to, conservatory. Also replace the old metal doors+windows leading from the house to the conservatory with french doors+windows.

Can use existing base for new conservatory. Existing conservatory dimensions are 4500mm wide by 2300mm long and 2465mm in height (can go a little bit higher with new conservatory)

Existing metal patio doors are 1225x1985mm. Windows on the side are 560mm wide

Would like to use Rehau or equally decent windows for both conservatory and french doors

I have a leak that seems to be coming from the box gutter. leaking in two areas.

Box gutter is lead lined with felt covering.

Approx 2 metres by one feet.

Needs releading perhaps or sealed?
