We have a Wickes hardwood conservatory with a polycarbonante roof. Their is an immediate need to realign some panels in the roof, replace the 'lead' running under the finial and generally ensure waterproofing of the roof.

I have a used UPVC conservatory which I need fitted the week commencing Monday 29th March (week after next).

The conservatory to be fitted is in excellent condition. The dimensions are 4500mm(width) by 3000mm(length). It requires a dwarf wall which is 600mm in height - not very high. All plans/drawings which came with the conservatory can be supplied to assist.

It is to be fitted to the rear of my house. The area it will sit is part patio and part grass.

We require the selected builder to assemble the conservatory, including dwarf wall and of course some kind of foundation/base. In terms of finishing touches, we would like the builder to lay laminate flooring.

As an extra if you can put a power point in there that would be a bonus! Otherwise we can source that job seperately.
