Our conservatory roof is leaking along one of the main timbers . This has resulted in slight rotting of the wood at the junction with one of the upright corners of the conservatory. We would like a repair job rather than a whole new roof, something which will last us until we can afford to replace it. We have had it inspected and have been told that it is structurally sound, but we need to stop the leaks as soon as we can.

1. Demolish and dispose of existing wooden lean-to. The approx. sizes are 12ft long x 9ft wide x 9ft high (at its highest)

2. Supply and fit new replacement lean-to/conservatory in all white UPVC. The dimensions will be similar to the existing structure but lower in height.

3. Demolish outside toilet that is located within existing lean-to. This is to include making good slate roof that is shared with neighbour and capping sewer pipe.

4. Electrical work – Remove redundant wiring and relocate live wiring to new location. Install lighting and double plug socket.

5. Render and point existing brickwork where necessary

6. Provide advice on whether planning permission required for any aspect of this job.

Job Description

The front door is slightly damaged and requires a repair or full replacement. The backdoor currently isn't uPVC and I'd like a quote on how much it will cost to have one fitted.
