The chimneys for capping are the lower pots on each stack - the chimney pot/cowls belong to next door.

We have recently had our gas fire disconnected as it was illegally fitted by whoever the previous owners had to install it. When we have pulled the fire out, in the hole where the flue was there is what I assume is sut piled in the bottom of the chimney.
