I have a fitted gas fire but, apparently there is a problem with the extraction of fumes - I have checked the fire type and it seems to be appropriate for the space but, I have had the fire disconnected due to fumes not being extracted correctly. Would like to get this remedied before the winter comes.

Chimney stack requires repointing and anti-downdraught cowl fitting in flue. Presently there is no cover at top of stack to prevent rain water entering inside of chimney. This has led to damp problems within the property.
