Job Description
There's a damp patch emerging top of the wall, above a boarded up fireplace. Think its a leaking chimney in all this wet weather but not sure. Need someone to come round and diagnose problem and then advise on the best way to solve it.

Job Description
Fit chimney cap to tenement chimney. I need at least one chimney cap fitted as I am having a fireplace removed. The flat has 2 or 3 other unused fireplaces in the flat and following inspection I'll get all these capped too.
Job includes supplying caps and fitting them.
Work to be completed by the end of March.

Job Description
Recently bought the house. Fire hasnt been lit for a few years at least. Fireplace is intact. There is plenty of soot indicating fire has been buring previously. We need the chimney cleaned and someone to check that all is ok, before we use the fire.

Cottage has an existing chimney which previously had been covered up. This has been exposed back to open brickwork. The flue and liner would need to be routed through an attic conversion and out to the existing chimney.
