Hi,
I would like to install a traditional fireplace. The original was removed and covered up with a wall mounted gas fire. There was an issue with leaking gas so I had it disconnected.

I now need to re connect the gas.
Knocked through to the original fireplace and make good. I have yet to buy the new fire and surround, once I know what I'm doing I'll buy one, I already have a good idea what I want.

Before we can undergo some damp proof work we need to cap the chimney at the back of our house. There are two pots - I think one may be capped already, although am not sure.
