we would like our blocked up chimney breast opened up, rendered, a hearth fitted and our new woodburner installed. we would need a flue fitted as well, and the surrouning plaster work around the opening re plastered once it has been opened up. we would choose our own stone for the hearth if it could be cut and fitted by the builder.
