Ripping out old system, hot water cylinder, header tank, boiler, pipes, flue etc. Then install new combi boiler and pipes. Dont currently have a thermostat so will also need one, but this is always done now on new installations anyway. Also a power flush would be nice.
I have heard that it would be cheaper to have the new boiler in the attic. This would be most desirable, and possible due to having a side external wall over the garage.

We require the following:

A radiator to be moved from one wall to the adjacent wall (the floor boards are easily lifted to access the pipes)

There are 2 plastic central heating pipes coming from a radiator which we would like replaced with copper pipes and chased into the wall to hide them.

Job Description

Very small leak from combination boiler, 1 drip every 5 minutues. Pipe connection needs tightening but can't get spanner in myself, may have to remove adjacent connection.

Needs completing in next 4 weeks.
