I have had all radiator valves replaced in October but 2 must not be tight enough as they are leaking and I am reluctant to tighten them myself as I may cause damage. I can't get the plumber who put the new valves on to come back and I have already provided him with feedback.

We require a few plumbing and gas jobs to be carried out, ideally in one go, however we're happy to accept quotes on a per job basis.

1. Install new radiator (supplied) - the room in question doesn't have an existing radiator, so pipes will also need routing.

2. Remove two gas fires - both to be disconnected, capped off and disposed of. No future attachment required, so pipework needs to be hidden beneath floorboards (or alternatively isolated at source in the basement and remove all redundant pipework)... Obviously, you need to be Gas Safe registered.

3. Remove and dispose of sink from upstairs bedroom - this won't need to be replaced, so any pipework needs to be left flush with the floorboards and wall and outlet needs to be dealt with.
