We require a full gas central heating system in a first floor 2 bed maisonette that is currently vacant.
Spec:
Potterton Gold 24HE combi boiler or similar (not Ferroli)
4 radiators, plus 2 chrome towel rails all with TRVs
Radio frequency room stat
Remove existing hot water tank and install thermostatic bar valve shower
Copper or plastic piping
Premises is having gas installed on 16th April and will need the gas pipe running from the meter to the boiler. Premises are empty now so the system could be installed then commissioned when gas available.
We are also buying the maisonette below which will also need an identical system fitting in the next five weeks.

Our Worcester Bosch boiler condensate boiler is in an upstairs bedroom on an internal wall. The condensate pipe runs about 3m under floorboards to the outside and then 4m along the outside wall to the bathroom waste pipe. It has virtually no incline in it. Its right next to the outside wall so can't be insulated well and is over the top of a french window. We would either like it moved so it runs under the floorboards and into the bathroom waste if thats possible but any other ideas to stop it freezing are welcome.
