The house is a three bed with loft. It has two bathrooms, with one bathroom in the loft. The boiler needs to relace the existing one in the same location next to the kitchen where it currently sits.

Corgi registered person needed to replace old gas combi boiler (and dispose of) with new combi boiler, supply and fit. Preferably with ongoing warranty / service support. Radiators could be hotter so think perhaps they need to be power flushed - would take your advice on that. Bathroom is struggling with condensation and fan seems inadequate and toilet dripping and mixer tap not working properly on bath. I am landlord and two girls live at ground floor maisonette and you would liaise with them for access. I would wish to speak to you first. Also do you flush outside drains? They are not currently blocked but have been and could do with a check. Property is a terrace approx 1910.

When hot water is turned on, Boiler cuts out intermittently then restarts; Pressure drops occasionally, as overflow valve has slight drip and water in system needs topping up from water mains;

We just had a new boiler (and flue outside) installed but the plumber who fitted it put it under my neighbour's window and it now has to be moved. We will probably need to buy new materials. Flat is ground floor basement of Victorian terrace conversion. Boiler is fitted against external wall. Can provide pictures.
