Job Description

A complete gas central heating installation is required for this 2 bedroom traditional built flat.

The work must be completed by the 22/11/11 and may commence on the 16/11/11.

There is no existing gas central heating system. The walls are of lath and plaster. The flat is on the 1st (which is also top) floor. There is access to the roof space above the flat. The flat will be empty of furniture for the dates above.

Boiler required: Worcester Greenstar 30Si with timer.
Radiators required:
1 Large basic double radiator (approx 1200 x 700mm)
3 Normal size radiator (approx 800 x 700mm)
1 Bathroom towel rail (approx 400mm x 700mm)
1 Small radiator (approx 600mm x 300mm)
+ connection in kitchen for gas hob (to be installed at a later date)
+ connection into living room for gas fire (to be installed at later date)

Boiler will be located on an external wall in the kitchen near the main sink drain.
The flat has floorboards.
Gas pipe enters the flat at the front door.

Job Description

gas fire is faulty and we want to replace it with an electric fire which we will purchase , the old fire is 18" and replacement same .
We would like the fan assisted box flue removed from the wall outside and filled in ready for rough casting later, the gas pipe to the fire blocked off , the new electric fire to be connected to the switch at the wall inside the house
