Turning on plumbing, central heating and boiler in a winterized home and making safety checks. The water, central heating and boiler had been drained down for 2 months during winter in an unoccupied home.

We have a Ferrroli combi boiler that is in need of a sevice, the valve that regulates the water pressure is still functional although the plastic on/off switch has broken and therefore will need to be replaced by a more robust product. The Boiler is in full working order, it just needs servicing.

Currently the flat has a warm air system, The unit is in the kitchen and it blows out onto the landing and into the Living room. This would need to be removed. Hot water comes from a immersion heater located in the bathroom cupboard with the on/off switch in the Kitchen this also would need to be removed.

I would also like a landlord certificate as i may in the future rent it out.

i am looking for the work to be carried out in the next few weeks.
