Radiators could be hotter so think perhaps they need to be power flushed - would take your advice on that. Bathroom is struggling with condensation and fan seems inadequate and toilet dripping and mixer tap not working properly on bath. I am landlord and two girls live at ground floor maisonette and you would liaise with them for access. I would wish to speak to you first. Also do you flush outside drains? They are not currently blocked but have been and could do with a check. Property is a terrace approx 1910.
