I have oil-fired central heating (doubt whether that matters) but there is a radiator in my kitchen that I want to remove completely together with the associated pipe work.

This radiator runs on a spur from the entrance hall at roof level (this is at the bottom of a sloping roof so only about 6 foot of the floor) about 6 feet along into the kitchen and then back down to the kitchen radiator. The pipes double back to rejoin the circuit.

Ideally I want the pipes taken back to the entrance hall.

One of my tenanted properties In Canterbury has had an ongoing issue with the central heating,

The pilot light fails to ignite randomly, it has gone undisgnosed for a time with another gas firm saying they can't see a fault (on their visits it's worked)

The tenant has been without heating three days and on looking at it myself I have to think the pilot needs fixing, replacing. Help appreciated.

Furthermore the regulator taps on most radiators need replacing as they are not changing the heat (when the heating works)

Another property of mine also In Canterbury needs a gas certificate.

Straight swap existing 7 year old Ravenheat can be removed already, system has only ever been run with soft water and inhibitor has always been used so no power flush should be necessary. Simply install new combi boiler running 8 radiators, either 24kw or 30kw. Please indicate supply and fit or fit only.
