Just moved in. New Ideal 30 boiler gives intermittent heat which has finally packed in and no hot water at any time. There are other niggles in the house too but boiler is priority. Can you help?

Our volkera mynute 14se heat only boiler has conked out and we're looking to replace it with a Vaillent Ecotec 615. There is a hot water tank in the airing cupboard and a cold water tank in the loft. The boiler is wall-mounted in the kitchen and we'd like the new boiler to go there too.
Our mid terrace house is 800 ft2 and has seven radiators. The boiler is is controlled by a danfoss FP715 thermostat.

We would like a quote to include labour, parts and the boiler itself.

Current oil fired central heating system works fine but there is no radiator in the conservatory, making the dining room cold in winter. Need to run pipes from adjacent dining room rad through wall to conservatory.
Upstairs loft has been converted but with no radiators. Pipework from existing bedroom radiators needs to be extended up through ceiling to loft and 2 new radiators installed.

Currently there is an old gas boiler serving hot water to the bathroom and heating all the radiators in the house. There is a separate emersion heater serving the ensuite and kitchen for hot water (right side of the house). We want to connect these two hot water plumbing together (6m pipe in a boxed section) and serve it with a single combi condensing boiler and relocate it to a position 2 metres away from the existing location (in a cupboard).
Here is a summary:
 
Heating System Requirements
1.     Removing exiting boiler and tanks
2.     Move location of boiler by 2m so it is inside the cupboard (all radiator pipes and hot/cold water pipes)
3.     Install a combi condensing boiler 42 litre capacity (probably BAXI or Worcester greenstar)
4.     Modify existing system for the combi system (cap tank ends etc)
5.     Add a 6m length hot water connection (22mm bore) to the other end of the house (this was previously served by a emersion heater)
6. Remove and dispose all waste (including old tanks)
 
Plumb in Washing Machine and Dryer
1.     Plumb washing machine so it is under the boiler in the cupboard
2.     Install a waste pipe for washing machine
3.     Install a vent (through roof) for dryer

House is 1960's detached bungalow with 1980's flat roof kitchen extension. It has never had central heating. Currently has solid fuel stove in living room and electric immersion heater for hot water. Used to have storage heaters but no longer. No mains gas available.

Would like oil fired central heating, including all radiators etc, exterior mounted boiler would be ideal if they exist. Concrete driveway on one side of property should provide space and access for oil tank.

Living room: 3.4 x 5.2
Dining room: 3.4 x 2.4
Kitchen: 3.4 x 2.9
Hall: 1.7 x 5.5
Bath: 1.8 x 2.3 (has electric towel rail / heater)

House is on a concrete slab, so floors are concrete. House has modern double glazing and adequate (9 inch?) loft insulation. Walls are cavity walls, not yet insulated but we plan to do that.

Current water system is header tank in loft and double-size immersion heated tank in bathroom. Instant hot water would be a bonus, as would removing the hotwater tank as it takes up half the bathroom.
